B | 预计“梅花”将以10-15公里时速朝北偏西方向移动，逐渐向浙江北部沿海靠近，最大可能于明天下午到夜里在舟山到宁波象山县一带沿海登陆，登陆时强度为台风级到强台风级。舟山海事局已于9月13日10时30分启动Ⅱ级防台应急响应，全面进入防台临战状态。受台风“梅花”影响，从昨天起，舟山已有部分水上客运航线陆续停航，到今天中午12时，舟山全市70条营运的水上客渡运航线全线停航，其中嵊泗及东部小岛累计疏散旅客6300余人次，普陀山景区疏散旅客4000余人次，东极岛疏散旅客近2700人次。为保障海岛疏客安全，海事部门督促客运企业严格执行恶劣天气客渡运船舶禁限航规定，合理部署运力安排，并落实一线执法力量，对客运船舶加强开航前检查，提醒客船船员落实水上客运“五项制度”。    (ECNS) -- China has cleared and disposed of more than 60 million metric tons of solid waste since June 2025 under a nationwide campaign against illegal dumping and disposal, Vice Minister of Ecology and Environment Li Gao said Thursday at a press conference in Beijing.     Authorities have identified more than 56,000 problems during the campaign, with over 45,000 rectified. Monitoring combines satellite and drone technology with ground inspections, public reports and tips exposed by online media.    Illegal dumping in karst caves has also been a focus.
