二 | 此次行动中，萍乡市救助管理站与市福彩中心在部分福彩销售站点张贴社会救助指引牌，摆放救助联络卡和《社会救助法》宣传资料，公布24小时救助联系电话，方便群众随时查询救助政策和求助渠道。同时，依托部分站点现有的福彩爱心小站，设置简易便民物资角，配备微波炉、急救箱、便民包等设施，为有需要的群众提供力所能及的临时便民服务。站点销售人员还发挥“公益联络员”作用，在发现街头遇困人员或接到求助信息时，及时协助联系救助管理部门，推动救助需求快速对接，让有需要的群众能够就近查询、便捷求助。一直以来，萍乡市福彩中心始终坚守“扶老、助残、救孤、济困”的发行宗旨，积极拓展福彩站点公益便民服务功能。此次社会救助指引牌走进福彩销售站点，进一步盘活了基层便民服务资源，推动福彩公益服务资源与社会救助资源的有效衔接，为有需要的群众提供更加便捷、及时的救助指引服务。
